We strive to provide the best digital signage experience possible. However, we understand that things don't always work out. This policy outlines your rights regarding canceling your subscription and requesting a refund.
1. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription".
- Follow the confirmation steps.

Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to the Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time (except as noted in Section 2 below).
2. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers)
We want you to be completely satisfied with Lumina. If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email [support@luminapp.io] with your account email and reason for the request.
After the First 14 Days
After the initial 14-day window, all payments are non-refundable.
- Monthly Plans: No refunds will be issued for the current month if you cancel mid-month.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan, your account will remain active until the end of the year term. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining months of an annual subscription.
3. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial:
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the refund policy outlined above will apply.
4. Service Downtime
In the rare event that our service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be entitled to a prorated credit for the downtime, at our sole discretion.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
